OBSERVED SOAP DISPENSER PROVIDED AT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE SERVICE KITCHEN (SEPARATE FROM MAIN KITCHEN). INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE SOAP DISPENSER AND PROVIDE HANDWASHING AIDS AND DEVICES SUCH AS HAND SOAP OR DISPOSABLE PAPER TOWELS ONLY AT DESIGNATED HANDWASHING SINKS AND MAINTAIN.
