INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD AND DENATURE SADI TCS FOODS AND ALWAYS MAINTAIN ALL HOT-HOLDING TCS FOODS AT 135F OR ABOVE AT ALL TIMES. THE MANAGER DISCARDED SAID TCS FOODS DURING THE INSPECTION.
