OBSERVED IMPRPOPER TEMPERATURE AT 73.4F AND 69.2F AT THE HANDWASHING SINKS IN THE BOYS WASHROOM NEAR THE LUNCHROOM/CAFETERIA. INSTRUCTED HANDWASHING SINKS MUST BE MAINTAINED WITH HOT WATER AND MUST BE AT LEAST 100F. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
