ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR METER HANDSINK FAUCET AT (BASEMENT) GIRL'S WASHROOM (MIDDLE HANDSINK). METERED FAUCET SHOULD PROVIDE A FLOW OF WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET AND MUST BE ACTIVE FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS BEFORE NEEDING TO BE REACTIVATED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
