THE PORTABLE FOOT-PUMP-ACTIVATED UNIT IS NOT AN APPROVED HANDWASHING FACILITY. NO APPROVED, PLUMBED HANDWASHING SINKS WERE PROVIDED AT ONE OUTDOOR PATIO BARS OR AT THE ROOFTOP BAR, WHERE BEVERAGES ARE PREPARED AND SERVED.
