ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED HAND SOAP PROVIDED AT THE UTILITY SINK IN THE BASEMENT AREA WOMEN'S RESTROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE HAND SOAP AND PROVIDE HAND SOAP, DISPOSABLE PAPER TOWELS, OR OTHER HANDWASHING AIDS AND DEVICES ONLY AT SINKS DESIGNATED FOR HANDWASHING AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
