OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 25 MICE DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT FACILITY. MICE DROPPINGS WRE FOUND ON THE FLOOR IN THE REAR VENTILATION STORAGE AREA, IN THE FRONT FOOD PREP AREA NEAR THE 7UP COOLER, AND INSIDE THE LOWER OPENINGS UNDER THE SERVICE COUNTER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE AFFECTED SURFACES.RECOMMEND CONTACTING PEST CONTROL. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
