ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
Obstructed hand wash sink in main prep kitchen, pans stored in hand wash sink, Instructed to keep sink free from any obstruction. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c)
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
