ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING HANDWASHING SINKS TO BE INACCESSIBLE: REAR WAREWASHING AREA HANDWASHING SINK (NEAR KITCHEN/DINING ROOM DOOR) OBSTRUCTED BY SODA CASES; BAR AREA HANDWASHING SINK OBSTRUCTED WITH CLEAN UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL OBSTRUCTIONS FROM HANDWASHING SINKS AND MAINTAIN ALL HANDWASHING SINKS UNOBSTRUCTED AND ACCESSIBLE FOR HANDWASHING AT ALL TIMES. PERSON-IN-CHARGE REMOVED ALL OBSTRUCTIONS FROM LISTED HANDWASHING SINKS ON-SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
