INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A SEPARATE HAND WASHING SINK IN THE BAR AREA OR PROVIDE TWO SEPARATE FAUCETS AT THE NEWLY INSTALLED TWO COMPARTMENT SINK WITH A SOLID BARRIER/SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN THE TWO SINKS.
