OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT BOTH PREP HANDSINKS AND IN WASHROOM. A SIGN OR POSTER THAT NOTIFIES FOOD EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY FOOD EMPLOYEES. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE.
