OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNS AT HANDWASHING SINKS INSIDE WASHROOMS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE HANDWASHING SIGNS AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY EMPLOYEES.
