OBSERVED THE LIGHTS UNDER THE HOOD UNIT IN THE KITCHEN WITH A BUILD UP OF DUST ON THEM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION OF FOODS BEING PREPARED IN AREA.
