FOUND THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE OF BOTH REACH IN COOLER LOCATED IN REAR PREP FILLED WITH AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF FOOD DEBRIS. ALSO NOTED FOOD DEBRIS ON PREP TABLE UNDER COOKING EQUIPMENT AND GREASE BUILD UP ON INSIDE OF FRYER. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
