NOTED CLUTTER THROUGHOUT 3RD FLOOR, IN SECOND FLOOR CLOSET ACROSS BATHROOM, AND THROUGHOUT BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL UNECESSARY ITEMS, ELEVATING ALL KEPT ITEMS ON PROPER SHELVING THAT IS NON-POROUS, SMOOTH AND EASY TO CLEAN AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES FROM THE FLOOR.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
