MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO DATE MARK ALL TCS FOODS STORED MORE THAN 24 HOURS WITH A MAXIMUM USE BY DATE NOT EXCEEDING 7 DAYS WITH THE DAY OF PREPARATION COUNTED AS DAY #1.
