OBSERVED THE HAND SINK OF THE 2ND FLOOR BAR IN SOUTHEAST CORNER TO BE SLOW DRAINING, BUT STILL FUNCTIONAL. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE HAND SINK DRAIN AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.
