OBSERVED HAND WASHING SINK IN THE REAR FOOD SERVICE AREA WITHOUT A SPLASH GUARD. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AS THE SINK SITS NEXT TO A DISH DRYING RACK ON ONE SIDE AND COOKED FOOD ON THE OTHER SIDE.
