ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK IN FRONT BAR DISHWASHING AREA 3-COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST INSTALL EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) NO CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

INSTRUCTED TO HAVE A TEST STRIP KIT OIN SITE AT ALL TIMES TO MONITOR THE STRENGTH OF THE SANITIZER PROPERLY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-005 NO CITATION ISSUED.
