OBSERVED ONE THE HAND SINK IN THE GIRLS 1st FLOOR WASHROOM NEAR THE KITCHEN WITH LOW PRESSURE AND THE TIMER ON SINK MUST STAY ON FOR AT LEASE 20 SECONDS. ALSO IN THE SAME AREA BOYS WASHROOM SINKS DONT STAY ON FOR 20 SECONDS. MUST MAKE AJUSTMENTS FOR PROPER HAND WASHING.
