OBSERVED HAND WASHING ONLY SIGNAGE NEED FOR THE ONE COMPARTMENT SINK THAT THEY WILL USE AS A HAND WASHING SINK FOR THE REAR PREP AREA JUST TO THE RIGHT OF THE WALK IN COOLING UNIT. INSTRUCTED TO OBTAIN AND PLACE AT THE SINK UNIT.
