OBSERVED THE RIGHT WASHBOWL IN THE 1ST FL BOYS' TOILET ROOM HOT WATER DOES NOT STAY ON LONG ENOUGH FOR ADEQUATE HAND WASHING. INSTRUCTED TO ADJUST THE FAUCET SO THAT IT STAYS ON AT MINIMUM 15 SECONDS FOR ADEQUATE HAND WASHING. MAINTAIN SAME.
