OBSERVED NO BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE FOR THE IN GOING WATER LINE OF THE ICE MACHINE IN THE REAR JUST LEFT OF THE HAND WASHING SINK. ALSO INSTRUCTED TO ATTACH BACK FLOW DEVICE ON THE REAR UTILITY SINK LOCATED LEFT OF THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL.
