OBSERVED IMPROPER WATER TEMPERATURE AT HAND WASHING SINKS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS. WOMEN'S AND MEN'S TOILET ROOMS AND FOOD PREPARATION AREA.TEMPERATURE WAS BETWEEN 84.6F-94.3F AT TIME OF INSPECTION. MINIMUM WATER TEMPERATURE MUST BE 100.0F OR ABOVE THROUGH A MIXING VALVE OR COMBINATION FAUCET. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
