THE WATER IN THE WASHBOWLS IN THE GIRL'S TOILET ROOM ABOVE THE CAFETERIA DOES NOT STAY ON LONG ENOUGH FOR ADEQUATE HAND WASHING. INSTRUCTED TO ADJUST THE TIMER SO THAT THE WATER STAYS ON FOR AT MINIMUM 15 SECONDS FOR ADEQUATE HAND WASHING. MAINTAIN SAME.
