OBSERVED NO HOT RUNNING WATER AT EMPLOYEE BATHROOM HANDWASHING SINKS. TEMPERATURE OF WATER WAS 47.5F AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. ALSO OBSERVED NO HOT WATER AT THE HANDWASHING SINK IN THE MAIN LINE AREA. TEMPERATURE WAS 74.6F. NO HOT WATER AT THE PIZZA MAKING STATION. TEMPERATURE WAS 77.3F. TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER WAS RESTORED TO ABOVE 102 AT ALL AFFECTED AREAS. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER AT A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100F AT ALL HAND WASH SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C)
