All four red sanitizer buckets in the front of house tested at 0ppm quats; person in charge claims that a work order for the auto-mixer pump was placed today. The Health Inspector guided the employee on how to manually set up quats sanitizer using the quats tablets and the solution tested at 300ppm. Sanitizer solution should be at the recommended concentration per manafacturer.
