At this time PIC was able to print the last two reports. Please have an up to date reports on hand going forward. The report did state a repair by a sink but not sure what sink also black mold in coffee shop in main lobby. PIC did call pest control to ask them to remove notes that have been addresed. Please provide a clean report at re-inspection date.
