At the time of the inspection the 8 door refrigeration unit had all the doors open. The PIC stated that the compressor went and he had someone coming out to repair the refrigeration unit. The refrigeration unit is at 70F. PIC stated he does not sell any dairy food items. Repair unit and provide an invoice from the licensed company.

Observed trash being stored on the floor in the back room. PIC stated that he has a guy come pick up the trash once a month. Remove all trash and clean and sanitize floors. PIC stated that he used to use Republic but now he has a private person come by once a month to remove trash. - Contact a licensed company to pick up the trash once a week. Provide an invoice from the licensed company. Provide trash receptacles to store the trash properly.

Evidence of mice dropping throughout the store. Under chip shelving under the candy shelving on the shelving where the cat litter is being stored in the area at the top of the stairs where the mop sink is located. Inside the bottom cabinets where the microwaze is stored in the back room where the trash is being stored. PIC was not able to provide a pest report. Clean and Sanitize floors/shelves to remove all old and new mice droppings. Contact a licensed exterminator and provide an updated IPM Report.
