Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment (C)
Refrigeration unit on the back wall has condensation on all the doors and water on the floor. PIC stated he already put a work order in to repair the condensor. Repair unit and remove water from the floor.
Equipment, utensils, thermometers, cutting boards, or single-use items were not in good condition, not the right type, or not stored properly.

-Observed soil on the shelving inside the freezer unit in the ice cream section. Clean to remove build up. -Observed frost build up on the door that leads from the refrigeration unit into the freezer unit. Remove build up to ensure that the door can properly close. -Observed debris under the shelving in the snack aisle on both sides. Clean to remove debris to prevent any rodent activity.
