Observed 2 pipe in the basement that need some attention. Photos attached to the email. Repair/cap off. Greg from ISD Enviromental stated that the pipe that is jetting out in the sump pump needs to be caped off. The other pipe on the left hand side of the door is broken. Repair or remove. See photo Contact a licensed plumber and provide an invoice. Ensure to pull a proper permit. At today's inspection- stagnant water is on the floor in the basement. Shewill took me outside and we observed rain water large puddle that is up against the building/foundation. Repair foundation to ensure no water gets in. Remove stagnant water.

Large amount of sewage observed on the basement floor(photos taken) Establishment issued a voluntary closure. It was explained to the district manager & managers on site to contact the building lanlord remedy the issues & provide all cleaning/repair documents to the Health Division be re-inspected for approval to re-open.
