At the sandwich station cooler avocado spread 58F cooked egg 60F sausage patty 60F cream cheese 60F tested all drawers and all TCS foods are at elevated temperatures. The person in charge states the food items had been moved to the sandwich cooler within the last 2 hours and was able to remove all the foods to cold holding units in the basement that are working properly. A service call was placed while the inspection was ongoing; hold TCS foods at 41F and below.
