Observed rodent droppings on the floor underneath the sidecap where the chips are located. Observed rodent droppings inside the cardboard boxes where the chips are being stored. Remove all cardboard boxes clean and remove all rodent droppings and provide an updated IPM report from a licensed exterminator. Ensure that the chip bags have no holes.
