Observed multiple food items that were expired. On Cor - frozen chicken tenders 8/19/25 Hunts- 08/09/25 Oatmilk- 11/26/25. Ensure staff is trained on expired foods. Remove all expired food items from shelving and refrigeration units.
Food was stored or handled in a way that could let germs or other material get into it, such as raw meat stored above ready-to-eat food or uncovered food. Cross-contamination is a common cause of foodborne illness.
