Sliced deli cheese inside of the flip top cooler at 57F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. Foods were removed at the time of the inspection an placed into the walk-in cooler that was operating at below 41F.

At the time of the inspection a main fuze had blown affecting 3 different refrigeration units. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a walk-in cooler that was operating below 41F. Electrician was in route to the Supply Store in order to buy a replacement fuze. Discontinue use of all unit unless they are able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. Drip tray to the walk-in cooler is leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs.
