On the kitchen prep line there is a vegetable dicer with dried encrusted food debris stuck in the blades. At the hot serving line the floors under the equipment have dried encrusted soils. In the dry storage area the floors underneath the shelving have debris and dried encrusted soils. Clean and sanitize food contact and non food contact surfaces of soils.
