Observed debris and litter on the ground around the trash area outside. Clean and maintain your area. 9/9/26- At today's re inspection rat droppings were observed on the ground in back of the dumpster. Clean to remove rat droppings. Spoke the PIC with regards to the plug inside the dumpster. Ensure there is a plug inside the dumpser to ensure no rodents can enter the dumpster. Trash pick up in on Thursday.

No baseboard/cove base on the walls downstairs hallway and upstairs Provide vinyl/rubber sanitary cove base. Floor to wall junction must be coved/closed and sealed to ensure no food grease water or debris accumulates. Observed flooring missing in the store front area. Repair and finish the floor and surrounding area to provide a smooth durable and easily cleanable surface. 9/9- At today's inspection another tile in the front of the store is broken. PIC stated that he has scheduled someone to come out to repair the tile in the front and the tiles stated above unter the Antepli refrigeration unit. PIC did place some of the vinyl cove baseboards down and stated that he ran out of the product. Continue adding the baseboards in the area noted.

At today's re inspection no rodent droppings were observed inside. PIC stated the exterminator is due to come out tomorrow. PIC spoke to Supervisor Murad and he approved the pest inspection for tomorrow. PIC was asked to provide pest reports prior to this inspection. Observed a hole in the brick wall to the right of the exterior door. Seal to ensure no rodent activity. The IPM report must confirm that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified. Please send over the pest report to the email provided after the pest inspection for review.
