Controlling Pests (C)

Inspector’s notes

Pest Reports 3/27/26 - 2 catches 3/31/26- 2 catches and 4/3/26- no catches. PIC was not able to provide any other recent reports. Please send over report for review. Also the 3 reports that I looked over all have the same structural findings. Please ensure staff is reviewing the pest reports after every pest inspection and addressing the recommendations on the reports to help with the pest activity. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Please provide the most recent pest report and ensure that stagnant water is being moped up and not on the floor over night to prevent rodent activity. The pest report needs to confirm that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed if the report confirms these concerns.

In plain English

The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.
