Inside the walk-in refrigerator observed per a discussion with the PIC vinegar pickled onions and radishes dated 6/28 and 7/4; RTE foods that will not be cooked should be discarded after seven days. The person in charge voluntarily discarded the cucumbers and radishes and denatured with chlorine.
