Observed no handwashing sign in one of the restroom. Post a sign.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Ice machine and drinks on metal stool on cement in the basement. Install proper floor finishes. Before floor installation, complete the Health food plan review and submit it for review. The Health food plan review application link will be sent along with the report.
