Quat bucket observed reading lower than 150 ppm at the time of the inspection. Quat concentration must be at least 150-400 ppm for it to be actively sanitizing food surfaces. PIC discard bucket with low quat concentration reading and filled with new solution. New bucket read at 150 ppm.
