There was no Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) registered with the State of Minnesota for the facility at the time of inspection. Will provide application in email with report for operator to send in a copy of certificate of completion of their approved course to the State of Minnesota (MN) to obtain their CFPM certificate. Once CFPM certificate is obtained, post in establishment for inspectors to verify during inspections.
