Post a sign at all handwashing sinks used by employees to remind them to wash their hands.
The handwash sink did not have handwash sign. Informed the Director to have signs posted at handwash sinks instructing employees to wash hands
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

The food prep/service area had a vinyl baseboard. Informed the Director to have an approved coving (tile, stainless steel, etc.) install in the food prep/service areas
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.

The men's bathroom did not have a door, and the women's bathroom doors' self-closing device was not working properly. Informed the Director to ensure all bathrooms have working doors with functioning self-closing door devices.
Floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, or garbage areas needed repair or cleaning. These are usually less urgent than food-handling problems but still need to be fixed.
