OBSERVED SHELVING MADE OF WOOD INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER. NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES OF EQUIPMENT MUST BE CORROSIAN RESISTANT, NON-ABSORBENT AND SMOOTH. REMOVE EQUIPMENT AND REPLACE WITH SURFACES MADE OF OTHER MATERIALS SUCH AS STAINLESS STEEL.
