Inspector’s notes

Observed the side storage room in store to have an upright cooler on a concrete floor. Poper finishing minimum requirements include: Floor: quarry tile, troweled on epoxy 126 mils (1/8" thick). Either properly finish the existing floor or remove upright cooler from current location to an acceptable location with proper finishes.
