Observed operator is carrying a mislabeled brand of ghee, (label said to contact Omar for more information) which the inspector could not verify comes from an approved source. Inspector reached out to the email address on the particular brand requesting more information, however, did not hear back. Discontinue selling this brand until it can be confirmed it is an approved source.
