The following items in the True display cooler were measured above 41 F: -Milk measured at 52 F. -Yogurt measured at 51 F. The items were removed from the cooler and we not to be sold. The owner came and they removed the products from the store and are trying to get a credit from their supplier. The facility is not to use the cooler until it is serviced and maintaining below 41 F. Send MHD a service invoice of the cooler being serviced and working correctly. Ensure that TCS foods maintain at 41 F or below.

Cilantro was contaminated by an employee. An employee was observed cutting raw meat with gloves on and with the same gloves they went to wash cilantro. The cilantro was discarded and the container touched was washed. After handling raw meat discard gloves before switching tasks.
