Observed milk in reach-in cooler holding at 44F. The Person In Charge was asked to monitor temperature of cooler and have serviced if temperature does not go down to 41F or lower.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Observed the air temperature of one of the infant rooms reach-in cooler holding at 54F. Observed milk and apple sauce holding temperatures of 52-57F. Person In Charge was asked to move all food to the next room reach-in cooler.
