Observed only handwashing station in kitchen area to be physically blocked by tortilla packaging area. Tortilla machine cannot be moved since it's fixed in place. A conversation was had with the PIC regarding the importance of providing enough space for food workers to properly wash their hands. PIC mentioned that they are planning on moving to a different location.
