Inspector’s notes

Boxes of bulk single-use bowls and other utensils were observed stored on the floor in the kitchen area. Discussed with owner that these items need to be stored off the floor on a shelf at least 6 inches high to reduce the risk of potential contamination. Any shelf used must be kept clear and easy to clean underneath. Keep all single-use items off the floor at least 6 inches at all times.
